Boeing ( BA) fell Monday after Wachovia cut its rating on the stock, saying it believes the commercial aircraft order cycle has peaked.

The firm lowered Boeing to market-perform from outperform. Wachovia also said it had concerns about possible delays in the 787 program.

Shares of Boeing were down $1.23, or 1.4%, at $87.40 in premarket trading.
