Cisco ( CSCO) was slightly stronger Monday even though the stock got a downgrade from Wall Street.

JMP Securities cut its rating on the networker to market-perform from outperform. Even so, Cisco was up 11 cents, or 0.4%, at $26.81 in premarket trading.
