Electronic Arts ( ERTS) was getting a lift after Citigroup raised its rating on the video-game maker.

Citi upgraded Electronic Arts to buy from hold, saying the company's performance in the last quarter has been factored into investors' expectations. Any pullback in the stock should be viewed as a buying opportunity, the firm said.

Shares of Electronic Arts were higher by $1.12, or 2.3%, at $50.60 Thursday.
