Goldman Sachs boosted Procter & Gamble ( PG) to buy from hold, saying it expects an upside earnings surprise.

The firm also cited the recent decline in oil prices as giving the Cincinnati-based consumer-goods conglomerate "increased flexibility" to hit earnings targets.
