ConocoPhillips ( COP) said last year's proved reserve additions, including sales and acquisitions, probably totaled around 2.6 billion barrels of oil equivalent.

Production for the year was estimated at roughly 880 million barrels of oil equivalent, including fuel gas. The company believes it ended 2006 with about 11.1 billion barrels worth of proved reserves, excluding 300 million barrels associated with ConocoPhillips' Canadian Syncrude operations.

Initial reserve additions for the EnCana ( ECA) joint venture don't appear in the estimates for last year.
