Wal-Mart ( WMT) saw its shares drop Monday after Goldman Sachs lowered its opinion of the retailer.

Goldman downgraded Wal-Mart to neutral from buy and removed the stock from its conviction buy list.

Shares of Wal-Mart were off 1.2% at $46.80 in early trading.
