Manufacturer of retreading materials, Bandag ( BDG), said Tuesday that it increased its quarterly dividend from 33.5 cents a share to 34 cents a share.

The dividend will be payable Jan. 22, 2007, to shareholders of record Dec. 22.

The company's shares were trading down seven cents at $43.36 Wednesday.
