Stanley Works ( SWK) said it completed acquisition of about 67% of the outstanding shares of Besco Pneumatic, a Taiwan-based pneumatic tools maker, for $42 million in cash.

New Britain, Conn.-based Stanley will have the option to acquire an additional 15% of outstanding shares over a five-year period.
