Wipro (WIT) and Motorola (MOT) set plans for an outsourced telecom services joint venture.

The veneture, to be called WMNetServ, will be based in Europe and led by a Wipro exec.

"By combining Motorola's portfolio with Wipro's resources and expertise, WMNetServ will deliver and manage services in planning, deployment, optimization, security, operations and support," the companies said.
