Retail center operator Regency Center ( REG) said boosted its second quarter outlook for funds from operations. The Jacksonville, Fla.-based company now expects second-quarter FFO of 92 cents a share to 94 cents a share, up from its earlier forecast of 84 cents a share to 89 cents a share. Analysts surveyed by Thomson First Call expect FFO of 90 cents a share in the second quarter. For the full year, FFO guidance remains unchanged at $3.78 a share to $3.86 a share as against analysts' expectation of $3.84 a share. The company said it will release its second quarter results on Aug. 2. The company's stock closed up 7 cents, or 0.1%, at $64.14 Tuesday.
