Bombay stocks rose Tuesday to set another new high.The BSE Sensex rose 51 points to close at 12,514 after touching an intraday high of 12,546. The top gainers on the BSE Sensex were ONGC, which surged 4.4%, Maruti Udyog, up 2.7%, Tata Steel, up 2.4%, and Tata Motors ( TTM), up 2.3%. Top losers on the index were Dr Reddy's ( RDY), which lost 2.2%, HDFC Bank, off 1.7%, and Bharti Tele, down 1.5%. Ruchi Soya Industries inched up by 1.2% on the news that it is mulling extending its product line by bringing in newer products and variants under its brand Nutrela. Nutrela accounts for around 25% of the company"s revenues.
