Should I buy, sell or hold Disney (DIS) shares?

-- Greg from Pennsylvania

James J. Cramer: I believe the stock has a lot better chance to recover with Bob Iger at the helm than it did when Michael Eisner was running the company. Disney has a diversified portfolio of tangible media businesses, and generates solid cash flow. With that in mind, I believe the shares can trade up through $30 at some point this year.
