The company just keeps reporting solid quarters and I believe Jimmy Cayne is hands down one of the best CEO's in the U.S., if not the world. The investment banking environment is still very robust, and Bear is one of the best ways to play it. Is it bad when a CFO leaves a company? -- Matty from Brooklyn James J. Cramer: It isn't always a bad thing when a CFO leaves a company, but it is always something that must be investigated. If the company makes an announcement that a CFO is leaving and they outline a succession plan, usually something isn't wrong.
