Nucor upgraded at UBS: UBS said it is upgrading NUE to Buy from Neutral. Sees cash use as catalyst. Raised target price to $105 from $92.

NYSE Group rated new Market Perform at Keefe, Bruyette: Coverage of NYX was started with a Market Perform rating, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods said. $70 price target, based on a 2007 earnings estimate of $2.15 a share.

Public Storage upgraded at Wachovia: Wachovia said it was upgrading PSA to Outperform following announcement of Shurgard acquisition. Maintained valuation range of $86 to $91.

Sirius Satellite upgraded at Deutsche Bank: Deutsche Bank said it was upgrading SIRI from Hold to Buy and lowering the target from $5.60 to $5.40 following cost assumption revisions and valuation.

Sun Microsystems upgraded at Lehman: SUNW was upgraded from Underweight to Equal-weight, Lehman Bros. said. Revenue growth is stabilizing, and the company is keeping a lid on R&D costs. $5.50 price target.

Wind River Systems downgraded at CIBC: CIBC said it was downgrading WIND from Sector Outperformer to Sector Performer on disappointing Q4 results.

Biogen Idec target raised at Piper: Piper said it is raising its target price on BIIB to $47 after FDA panel recommended that Tysabri be allowed to return to market.
