Todd Shipyards (TOD) declared a 10-cent dividend Friday, payable March 23 to shareholders of record March 8.

The company, which has operated a shipyard in Seattle since 1916, said the dividend is the same as its previous distribution. Todd previously said it would pay out a dime a share on Dec. 23 to holders of record Dec. 8.

On Friday, Todd fell 39 cents to $28.46.
