Newmont Mining (NEM) named Veronica Hagen and Noreen Doyle to its board.

Doyle was appointed the first vice president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2001, where she was responsible for banking operations in 27 countries. She sits on the board of Credit Suisse Group and has served as the chair of the Budapest Bank Supervisory Board.

Hagen is CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America and currently serves on the board at Jacuzzi Brands.

On Monday, Newmont was down $1.38 to $42.75.
