Omnicom ( OMC) unit Doremus Financial Printing said a partnership with a European counterpart will give Doremus the ability to offer clients Virtual Data Rooms.

Doremus, a New York-based financial and commercial printing company, said the partnership with Imprima de Bussy will help it offer corporate clients another tool when conducting due diligence in the sale of assets. Virtual Data Rooms offer a secure location for the exchange of information over the Internet, Doremus said.

"Through our partnership with Imprima de Bussy, we are pleased to be the exclusive provider of 'iRooms' in the United States," said Doremus President Dave Wade. "We have collaborated with Imprima de Bussy on numerous projects over the past five years, they understand and appreciate the level of service we provide to our clients, and embrace the same philosophy."

"We are pleased to be associated with such a well respected and admired company as Doremus Financial Printing," de Bussy's Steven Pusey said.

On Wednesday, Omnicom shares fell 97 cents to $76.03.
