James J. Cramer: I believe that the large-cap banks will continue to struggle in the near term, because they are leveraged to the flattening yield curve. If viewers are looking for exposure to the brokerage industry, they'd be better served by fixed-income leaders like Bear Stearns ( BSC) and Lehman Brothers ( LEH).


What is the symbol for the Mitsubishi bank in Japan that you mentioned Tuesday?

James J. Cramer: The company I mentioned is Mitsubishi UFJ ( MTU). I believe that the real estate market is Japan has bottomed, and that this stock is the single best way to play a recovery.
