What do you think of Wal-Mart (WMT)?

James J. Cramer: I believe Wal-Mart works in this environment, and with the stock trading at just 19 times earnings, I believe it is a bargain. High gas prices and a slowing economy make Wal-Mart the perfect destination for cash-strapped consumers due to its low prices and huge selection.
