Jim, do you like Corinthian Colleges (COCO)?

-- Billy from New York

James J. Cramer: No way. I don't like the for-profit education stocks; I think the big growth days are over in that business and the regulators have been aggressively investigating these companies.

Also, at more than 20 times earnings, I don't want to touch Corinthian Colleges considering all the potential problems in the business.

Is it time to jump on Bank of America (BAC)?

-- Fay from Florida

James J. Cramer: I don't like Bank of America here. The stock has a nice 4.8% dividend yield, but I don't want to be in the big banks with the Fed aggressively raising rates.

I know I sound like a broken record on the banks, but I think they are over-owned and the sector will experience more pain, not less.
