Treasuries were flat to slightly higher Monday afternoon. Around 4 p.m. EDT, the 10-year note was up 2/32 to 101 7/32, yielding 4.22%.

The 30-year bond was the strongest issue, gaining 8/32 to 105 13/32 and yielding 5.02%.

On the short end, the two-year was unchanged at 100 5/32, yielding 2.16%, and the five-year was up 3/32 to 99 27/32 with a yield of 3.28%.
