Long Bond Drops More Than a Point

Treasuries were weaker around 4 p.m. EDT, with the 10-year note losing 28/32 to 100 16/32, yielding 4.311%.

The 30-year bond was down 1 5/32 to 104 8/32 and yielding 5.091%.

Shorter-term notes were also moving to the downside. The two-year note was off 7/32 to 100 2/32, to yield 2.21%, and the five-year was lower by 16/32 to 99 13/32 with a yield of 3.38%.
