U.S. Treasury issues were higher around 4 p.m. EDT as equities sold off. The 10-year note was up 16/32 at 103 22/32, yielding 4.396%.

Shorter-term notes and the long bond were also stronger. The 30-year was up 8/32 to 101 8/32 and yielding 5.290%.

The two-year note rose 7/32 to 100 7/32, yielding 2.129%, and the five-year added 14/32 to 104 16/32 to yield 3.348%.
