Klil to raise NIS 50 million in bonds, options

Klil Industries (TASE: KLIL ) plans to raise NIS 50 million in straight bonds and option warrants next week, Yedioth Ahronoth reports.

Klil will be offering a bloc of 90 bonds, worth an aggregate NIS 83.25, and one option warrant free of charge.

The indexed bonds are to be issued at NIS 92.5 per bond, reflecting 8% gross yield, at 4% annual interest. Redemption is in four years time, in equal payments beginning at the end of February 2005.
