Leading TASE indices are rising following 2% weekend gains on the Nasdaq.

The Maof-25 is rising 0.63%, the TA-100 is gaining 0.46% and the Tel Tech is climbing 0.8% on slim NIS 13 million turnover.

Investors may respond to the Finance Minister's announcement of a committee that will consider taxing capital gains in three months.

Teva Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq:TEVA) is shedding 1.5% on NIS 5 million turnover, having opened with negative arbitrage. The share is now apparently responding negatively to the bid it made for the German drug company Bayer's generic production and marketing activity in France for about €200 million.

Nice Systems (Nasdaq:NICE) is climbing 2% on NIS 0.5 million turnover on positive Q4 and annual results and the positive ratings it received following the reports.

Koor Industries (Nasdaq:KOR) is opening up 2.2%, following ECI Telecom's sharp 17% Nasdaq gain on Friday.
