Amazon's (AMZN) special sales day for its Prime members kicks off on Monday at 9 p.m. ET.
The massive event known as Prime Day will run for 30 hours until July 12 at 3 a.m. ET, with new deals being offered every five minutes.
You can keep track of the deals by following Amazon's Prime Day page, which currently features 8,495 upcoming deals on Monday afternoon. The deals are only available for Amazon Prime members, but people who aren't Prime members already can sign up for a membership on or before July 11 to take part in the big sales event.
Amazon's stock climbed about 1.8% higher on Monday to $996.47. The stock is up about 33% year-to-date.
While Amazon has been secretive about exactly how much it has made during the past two annual Prime Days, estimates for last year's sales event ranged as high as $2.5 billion, according to Internet Retailer.
But it's a win-win situation because Prime members are getting some amazing deals on everyday items.
