Keep an Eye Out for Good Vision Care

It should be telling that within the image carousel on the main page of the National Eye Institute is a photo of a middle-aged couple with the caption: "While vision loss is not a normal part of aging, older adults are at higher risk for certain eye diseases and conditions."

But no need to panic -- the Institute reassures us that the need for reading glasses and similar minor changes are to be expected once we get into our 40s and beyond.
