Strategy And Objective

The primary investment objective of the SilverPepper Commodity Strategies Global Macro Fund (the “Commodity Strategies Global MacroFund”) is to seek returns that are largely uncorrelated with the returns of the general stock and bond markets. The Commodity Strategies Global Macro Fund also seeks capital appreciation. Global Macro is an investment strategy that is defined by its freedom to trade both long and short positions in an array of asset classes and investment instruments located anywhere in the world. The Commodity Strategies Global Macro Fund intends to take full advantage of its investment freedom, but plans to do so based primarily on its Sub-Advisor’s views of commodity prices.
