Strategy And Objective

The Pzena Mid Cap Value Fund (the “Mid Cap Fund”) seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Mid Cap Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks of “mid-cap” companies. The Fund defines a “mid-cap” company as an issuer whose market capitalization at the time of initial purchase, is in the range of those found in the Russell Midcap ® Index (“mid cap companies”). As of May 31, 2019, the market capitalization of companies in the Russell Midcap ® Index ranged from $266.92 million to $48.37 billion. The Fund may continue to hold a company with a market capitalization that appreciates above or depreciates below the market capitalization threshold and thus may from time to time hold less than 80% of its total assets in equity securities of mid-cap companies.
