The Fund seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the ICE Exchange-Listed Fixed Rate Financial Preferred Securities Index (the "Underlying Index"). The Fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in preferred securities of financial institutions that comprise the Underlying Index.
