Strategy And Objective

The Funds investment objective is total return through growth of capital and current income. The Funds investment objective may be changed by the Board of Trustees (the Board) without shareholder approval.Under normal circumstances, the Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. infrastructure-related companies and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities.This policy may be changed by the Board, but no change is anticipated. If the Funds policy changes, the Fund will notify shareholders in writing at least60 days prior to implementation of the change.
