Arlington Capital Partners ("Arlington"), a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, today announced it has completed the acquisition of the Government Solutions division of Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX).
Black Box has been a disappointment, but at least it’s less than 4% of our portfolio.
