As a key member of IntriCon's executive leadership team, Ms. Hill will lead the company's global human resources function, overseeing the efforts of organizational and leadership development, talent acquisition and talent management, succession planning and total rewards.

Most recently she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Ceridian, where she led people engagement and talent strategies for an employee community of 5,000. Prior to Ceridian, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at US Bank.
Ms. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration with Human Resources and Marketing concentrations from Vanderbilt University.
