Riley Securities, Inc., the underwriter of such offering, has partially exercised its overallotment option to purchase an additional 48,000 shares of Common Stock. The exercise of the overallotment option resulted in additional net proceeds to the Company of approximately $0.9 million after payment of underwriting discounts and commissions.
