) -- Political analyst Karl Rove said he thinks former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will seek the 2012 GOP nomination, and that her decision will be announced soon.

Palin, who was Sen. John McCain's (R., Ariz.) 2008 vice presidential running mate, has not decided whether or not she will enter the race, and instead has traveled across the country by bus to speak with Americans for her One Nation Tour.

"She has a schedule next week that looks like that of a candidate, not of a celebrity; and then this video she released

Friday," Rove said.

The video to which Rove referred was a two-minute montage posted on Palin's PAC Web site titled "Iowa Passion" that showed the former governor swarmed and admired at the Iowa state fair on the weekend of the

Ames Straw Poll -- an event that did not feature Palin on the ballot.

"This is her last chance," Rove said. "I think she gets in."
