Already in preparation for the winter holidays, Toys “R” Us has released its predictions of what toys will be the hottest this coming holiday season. This year, the toy retailer says its 2009 Holiday Hot Toy List focuses on quality and value for the price, and recommends these toys as a “starting point in developing their holiday shopping checklists.” Some of these items are pretty reasonable, while others might be considered splurges for those of us on a tighter budget. Tickle him twice and he'll laugh. Tickle him three times and watch him convulse with laughter!” the retailer says. You can squeeze his tummy, but be careful, that laugh could be infectious.
