Do you think

Microsoft

(MSFT) - Get Report

should buy

Yahoo!

(YHOO)

to battle

Google

(GOOG) - Get Report

?

Rob from Connecticut

James J. Cramer

: I don't think such a deal would make sense, because it would create more bureaucracy at Microsoft, which is probably the company's biggest problem. In addition, Microsoft would have to pay an enormous sum to buy Yahoo!, which has a market cap over $40 billion. (Note: Cramer owns both Microsoft and Yahoo! in his

ActionAlerts PLUS charitable trust portfolio.)

How can I find out when a company will report earnings?

--

Karin from Brooklyn

James J. Cramer

: The easiest way to find out when a company reports is to check the investor relations section of its Web site. In addition, many popular financial Web sites, including

TheStreet.com

have

earnings calendars that are free to readers.
