Should Intel (INTC) - Get Report be sold off of Dell's (DELL) - Get Report weak quarter?-- Dennis from Vermont

Actually, I believe Intel, which I own personally for my charitable trust,

, should be bought. While earnings growth at Dell wasn't impressive, unit growth was excellent, which bodes well for sales of Intel's processors. In addition, I believe Intel's new lineup of dual-core processors will carry high margins and allow the company to beat estimates.

Jim, if you're so bullish on oil, why did you sell EnCana (ECA) - Get Report and Halliburton (HAL) - Get Report today for your charitable trust?-- Victor from Nevada

James J. Cramer:

I was simply taking something off the table. I still believe both companies are absolutely fabulous, but oil stocks are due for a breather, and I wanted to lock in profits before that happened. I believe oil prices will stay high, so I will look to build my oil positions on declines. I still have positions in both stocks for my charitable trust,
