The position: Animation coordinator for Warner Bros. Entertainment Group
Location: Sherman Oaks, Calif.
Job duties: Will support the line producer, production manager and crew in all aspects of production. Prepares all necessary production materials, including tracking and organizing all materials shipped to and from outside sources and freelancers. Coordinates and books all meetings. Arranges and maintains production calendars. Tracks production scripts and coordinates writer's schedule. Will coordinate in-house crew and ensure they stay on schedule.

Should be detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must be a self-motivated team player who can work well under deadline and juggle several tasks simultaneously.
