With unrest in the Middle East and Venezuela wreaking havoc on global oil markets, this week's Happy Hour takes an in-depth look at the current state of the energy sector.

Co-hosts Eric Gillin and Chris Edmonds speak with Amy Jaffe, senior energy adviser at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University and president of AMJ Energy Consulting in Houston. Jaffe also served as senior economist and Middle East analyst for Petroleum Intelligence Weekly, where she won the 1994 award for excellence from the International Association for Energy Economics.

Jaffe offers her outlook on the oil markets, the conflict in the Middle East and the potential problems brewing in South America. If you are invested in energy, it's an interview you don't want to miss.

Then, Happy Hour sports guru Todd Leabo of Kansas City's WHB radio joins Eric and Chris to take a look at the new baseball season, the future of Pedro Martinez's arm and the aging pitching staff of the Atlanta Braves. Plus, the business of baseball, including the potential loss of small-market teams and the need for revenue sharing.

And, in our weekly markets roundtable, Tony Dwyer and Justin Lahart join Eric and Chris to address a range of topics, from

General Electric's

earnings to continuing tech fatigue.
