May 21 - June 21
It's another case of the perfect opportunity at the imperfect time. You could corner the market or tap into a steady, effortless cash flow, if only... Use common sense today. Don't ignore or wish away the big hole in your plans. The numbers either balance or don't. Wait until mid-June if you absolutely must leverage yourself into debt.
June 22 - July 22
Chart your short-term financial course today. Balance the obvious indicators against personal intuition. If you've been playing the market (and reading your horoscopes!) for long enough, you'll understand that one brilliant moment or perfect trade won't set your course for the future. Withdraw only existing, low-risk funds, and don't run up your credit. You'll need it later.
July 23 - Aug. 22
Is this the best day for going out on a limb? Asking forgiveness rather than permission might work in your personal life, but auditors, attorneys, and judges aren't known for their forgiveness! If you have doubts about your return covering your outlay, don't take the risk. If it's someone else's call, back out until reasonable people are in charge.
Aug. 23 - Sept. 22
Labor-intensive might not equal cash-intensive today. Even if your associates or their assets are doing well, that surplus might not be at your disposal. Be happy for what you have, and don't knock yourself out to replace what seems to be missing. Within a few weeks, you could be swimming in payouts and dividends again.
Sept. 23 - Oct. 22
Theft, scams, and unauthorized use all have matters of degree. The market allows and even encourages some of it; on the other hand, there can be laws with stiff penalties. Educate yourself about what's permissible and what isn't. And be wary of friendly gestures from people you don't know that well. If something smells fishy, it probably is.
Oct. 23 - Nov. 21
If you're smart, lucky, or both, you might find yourself trading in some little-noticed market that's immune to the current financial uncertainty. Of course, unregulated industries, under-the-radar startups, and foreign stock exchanges have their downsides, too, so don't bet the farm on today's stroke of good fortune. Buying yourself a little time or a little vacation might be the perfect outcome.
Nov. 22 - Dec. 21
There could be any number of reasons why profitable activities might falter today. Beware of taking a heavy-handed approach to sensitive investments. Talk to your broker if there's something you don't understand. Otherwise, your learning curve could be steep. Find less expensive ways to learn your way around the market.
Dec. 22 - Jan. 19
Maybe there's a lot of maneuvering around just a few opportunities. Competitors really should consider merging operations today. That way you could also merge your resources instead of trying to outbid or undermine each other. Once the market becomes more predictable again, everyone will be in a much stronger position.
Jan. 20 - Feb. 18
Find more efficient ways to get your market information and pay attention to significant trades as soon as they're reported. Get your hands on something you can use today. Even if you can't use it for much, at least you can practice balancing on the thin line between reactive and proactive. You won't want any lag time when the moment is right.
Feb. 19 - March 20
Pat yourself on the back if your portfolio performs beautifully today. If not, the month is almost over, and finding the resources to get you through probably won't be much of a stretch. Stay excited about the things that matter most to you. Generating a good buzz can only draw more investor interest.
March 21 - Apr. 19
It's decision time about some of your assets. Maybe certain stocks aren't living up to economic assumptions or you need a new plan for financial instruments that are reaching maturity. Even if you're ready to try a different arrangement today, wait about three weeks. It could take that long before you understand all the forces in play.
April 20 - May 20
You've seen partners, siblings, or friends lash out in a dramatic moment and then kiss and make up. Today it's the same with economically dependent companies or projects. There might be trash talk or skirmishes over resources, yet it's clear that everything will end up for the best. If you're involved and can laugh while it's happening, you'll be ahead of the game.
