The bulls rebounded in this week's TheStreet.com RealMoney Barometer survey, taking 53% of the votes cast.
The bulls got 94 of the 177 votes. The bears came in at 29%, or 52 votes, while neutral was the sentiment of 31 people, or 18%.
In the sectors, precious metals was picked as most likely to rise, homebuilding as most likely to decline.
