5 Stars: The Most Popular Luxury Cars

These days, Americans want it all in a car: good performance, fuel efficiency and top safety features. Supple leather, heated seats and the latest tech are nice, too.

According to car shopping site Edmunds.com, luxury vehicles are the test bed for the features that ultimately appear in mainstream cars, so how those features are executed is really what makes luxury cars stand out these days.

Which luxury cars do buyers love the most?

"Overall this car is a dream machine that I plan to enjoy for many years to come," said one reviewer on Edmunds about his Audi S4 Prestige. He rated the car five stars across the board.

"[Maserati] Levante has it all, looks, performance and comfort," said another reviewer.

The cars on this list are noted for their rave, 5-star reviews.

Based on these customer favorites on Edmunds, these are the most popular luxury cars.
