is asking for an additional $160 million in yearly labor cost cuts.

The Association of Flight Attendants said the bankrupt airline presented unions with its requested $2.56 billion in annual cuts Wednesday, as opposed to a previous target of $2.4 billion.

The union, which represents 24,000 flight attendants, said the airline is seeking a total of $314 million in labor cuts from its members.
