Treasury Prices Edge Higher

The dollar is mixed.

Treasury prices were slightly higher early Tuesday, but the gains were limited for all maturities.

The 10-year note was up 2/32 in price and yielding 4.80%, and the 30-year bond was ahead by 3/32, yielding 4.88%. The two-year note was fractionally higher, yielding 4.92%, and the five-year was tacking on 1/32, yielding 4.79%.

In the currency market, the dollar rose against the yen, but fell vs. the euro and the pound.
