During now President Trump's notably short inauguration speech, stock markets went down. Slightly after noon when Trump began talking, the S&P 500 fell to session lows. The Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained about 49 points on Friday's session after rising more than 100 points before Trump started speaking.

While it's appreciated that our new President supposedly wrote his own speech, there were some disturbing and definitely Trump-esque lines that likely spooked the market. We've pulled out some of the more interesting quotes care of a transcript from CNBC

Here's what we came up with:

"For too long, a small group in our nation's capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have bore the cost. Washington flourished, but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered but the jobs left and the factories closed."

"Last time I checked, politics didn't pay well." - disgruntled staffers texting each other... probably.

"Their triumphs have not been your triumphs. And while they celebrated in our nation's capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land."

Did you recently watch The Dark Knight Rises or something?

"What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people."

Strong words from someone whose party controls the House, Senate, and Presidency.

"January 20th, 2017, will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again."

You mean the people protesting?

"The forgotten men and women of our country will be forgotten no longer. Everyone is listening to you now. You came by the tens of millions to become part of a historic movement, the likes of which the world has never seen before."

**people looking around for the tens of millions**

Trump speaking at the inauguration

"An education system flush with cash but which leaves our young and beautiful students deprived of all knowledge."

"Young and beautiful students." Finally, a shout out to Tiffany!

"And the crime and the gangs and the drugs that have stolen too many lives and robbed our country of so much unrealized potential. This American carnage stops right here and stops right now."

#AmericanCarnage would be a great metal band name.

"We are one nation, and their pain is our pain."

Are we taking on their extra pain when you repeal the Affordable Care Act?

"The wealth of our middle class has been ripped from their homes and then redistributed all across the world. But that is the past, and now we are looking only to the future."

Uhhh, is this a subtweet at our (former?) allies?

All in all, it could have gone a lot worse, but this speech is not one for the history books.
