The market continues to frustrate investors. It doesn't seem to go down enough to help the shorts any, nor does it rally enough to make the bulls feel comfortable.

Currently moderately oversold, it can continue to try the upside. However, unless the statistics improve significantly, it is unlikely we will see much follow-through on rallies.
