Shares of Harbor BioSciences slid 6.4% to 40 cents at the shortly after Monday's opening bell.

Grubb & Ellis
( GBE) filed for a 16.04 million share common stock offering by selling shareholders. Grubb & Ellis said it will not receive any proceeds from such sales. Shares were trading flat at $1.30.
