Law Enforcement Taps Finance Chief

Surveillance outfit Law Enforcement Associates (AID) named Mike Wagner financial chief.

The Youngsville, N.C., security technology company said the 58-year-old Wagner has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from

Tri State University, Angola, Ind. He has "spent the past decade using his financial and project management skills to guide the growth of companies," Law Enforcement said.

From 2002 until recently, Wagner was a consultant for DM2 Software in Vancouver, Wash. Previously he was controller at Yoder Oil in Elkhart, Ind., and vice president of finance for the

Rollie Williams Paint Spot.

"It is a pleasure to have Mike Wagner on board as the company's CFO," said President Paul Feldman.

On Wednesday, Law Enforcement fell 9 cents to $2.40.
