Fans at the Las Vegas Raiders home games may be able to legally place bets via their phones from inside the NFL organization's planned 65,000 seat stadium, USA Today reports. NFL owners are expected to vote this week on confirming a conditional lease agreement for the team, which was approved by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority.

The NFL might convince the Nevada gaming officials to change the policy as the language of the lease prohibits any gaming, gambling, and sports wagering. However, there is a loophole that does not block access, specifically to sports betting apps from anywhere inside Nevada state lines, USA Today added.
